From March 25-27, Eurocities and Grenoble Alpes Métropole co-hosted Nets4Dem’s Climate Democracy Lab, which brought together officials from several European cities to collaborate on climate action.

The event featured six cities presenting their distinct climate challenges: Aix-Marseille-Provence, Bordeaux Métropole, PETR Ariège, Prague, Reykjavik, and Rotterdam. Together with experts in democracy and peers from other cities, they explored pioneering approaches to involving residents directly in climate policy decision-making.

The Lab offered a hands-on environment for cities to experiment with participatory methods, fostering both innovation and peer learning.
